What To Expect
Here at Rutherglen Massage we understand that every person has unique and individual needs. Prior to the massage treatment, your therapist will have a brief discussion in order to create a treatment designed specifically to have maximum benefits for your inner balance, well being and recovery.
There are a variety of 100% pure essential oil blends from which we invite you to choose from to help assist in restoring the whole body to wellbeing.
The massage will be completed in the comfort of your accommodation with the room temperature kept at a comfortable temperature. There will be 100% aromatherapy oils burning to help aid relaxation along with a selection of gentle music.
After a massage it is important to replenish the body with plenty of water, this helps remove the toxins from the body and will leave you feeling refreshed.
If you decide to drink alcohol after a massage I recommend that you monitor your intake as you may feel the effects of alcohol have increased due to the increase in circulation.
Recommendations:
- Before any massage treatment, avoid large meals
- No alcohol is to be consumed before a massage, treatment will be refused.
- It's also a good idea to give yourself plenty of time either side of the massage, so that you don't feel rushed.
- Go to the toilet before your massage. You will not relax if you have a full bladder.
